#315 Dylan Belles - 2:18 for 2nd Place at the Bayshore Marathon, Fast Finish Long Runs, Carb Load Worth It?

On this episode, we had our good friend Dylan Belles on after the Bayshore Marathon where he took second place in a time of 2 hours and 18 minutes! Dylan is a 2x Olympic Trials Qualifier and is hoping for round three this time around!

Dylan changed his training stimulus up a bit this block, doing more 10k-half marathon styled training to see how it went for the full. His main objective was to win Bayshore + have a great half-marathon tune up race! His tune up went great -running a quick 1:05:43 half marathon PR in Indy!

We went through Dylan’s race recap, training block, and heard how his carb load went. This was a fun one - it’s always more banter than interview style with Dylan! Enjoy!
