On this episode, we had the legend Peter Lynch back on the podcast after his epic 2:06 run at the London Marathon! Not only did he break the Irish record, he was also the top European athlete in the race! We had Peter on just a few weeks before the race as well if you want to get to know him a bit + hear more about his build and tune-up race.

We walked through Peter’s last few weeks of training for this build, his race day fueling, and of course got the recap of the race itself. It was also interesting to hear what Peter’s recovery looks like as a pro marathoner and to hear what might be next for him! Enjoy!
