Visit lisrunning.com to be coached by us!

On this episode, the boys started off with a recap of Scotty's 10k race last weekend! He had a solid race overall and some fun stories to share from race morning. We talked about his last move to shake off some competition late in the race, his rivalry with our good friend and LIS coach Stauderman, and more!

Chris gave some final thoughts on McKirdy Marathon this coming weekend. The back and glute aren't 100% but the shape and race opportunity are great so we are going to give it a big effort and see what happens!

Lastly, Danny has been running in both altitude and heat the past couple weeks. We talked about the difference between training at heat and altitude and which one Danny thinks is harder. Enjoy!
