Visit lisrunning.com for run coaching!

On this episode, we had a fun banter episode with a lot of recent running news to discuss! The hot topic this week has been the wrong turn at the US Half Champs where the top 3 women were taken off course late in the race, causing them to miss out on potential prize money + a spot on the US half-marathon team for Road Running Worlds!

We also chatted Tokyo Marathon results + introduced a photo of the week segment with the winning photo going to Joe Greer featuring Nick Bester! Finally, we discussed some NCAA drama and recapped Scotty's weekend with the Flobergs.

Enjoy!
