#232 Rory Linkletter - Breaking the Canadian Half-Marathon Record and Going Sub-60 in Houston

For coaching visit lisrunning.com!

On this episode, the boys had on the man, the myth, Rory Linkletter! Rory is our most recurring guest with FIVE APPEARANCES now and hopefully many more to come. As always, Rory is a great interview and this episode is more of that.

We talked about Rory's training going into this race, how the race played out in the lead pack, and also how Rory is viewing the rest of 2026 as a 59 half/2:06 marathon guy now. Enjoy!
