On this episode, the boys had our good friend Jacob Thomson back on! Jacob just came off a nice run at CIM, running a PR of 2:10 for 6th place, his first marathon PR in a couple years! Jacob had a great training block and changed a couple things up as well - he gave us a lot of the workouts he did and some extra 1% things he did as well.
