#195 Dakotah Popehn - Taking Another Step Towards Sub-2:20 with a 2:24 PR at the Chicago Marathon

On this episode, the boys had back on special guest Dakotah Popehn! Dakotah just finished top-10 at the Chicago Marathon and 2nd American woman with a PR of 2:24.

Her training block indicated the best fitness of her life and potential sub-2:20 marathon shape. Although the stars didn't align in Chicago, Dakotah is extremely motivated to continue pushing for fast times and a World Marathon Major podium one day.

We broke down Dakotah's training block, race, fueling, and more on this episode. It was really insightful and interesting to hear about some behind the scenes things from her!

Enjoy!
