On this episode, the boys had on our good friend Corbin Harris! Corbin is one of the best marathoners in Kentucky history, with times of 2:21 and 66 minutes in the half. If you remember the KDF Half-Marathon this past year where Strieg got 3rd, Corbin was 45 seconds up the road winning the race! Unfortunately Corbin had to pull out of Chicago at the last second due to a stress fracture in his foot, but he is planning on running the Marathon Project in December. We chatted about his history with injuries and how he handles those mentally. We also chatted about what he is doing to go all in and try to qualify for the Olympic Trials Marathon.
