Prison Officer, Inmate Plead Guilty to Misconduct

Nineteen-year-old prison officer Alicia Novas and thirty-year-old inmate Declan Winkless have pleaded guilty to misconduct charges, including a sexual relationship, at Northampton Crown Court. The offenses occurred between August and December of last year at HMP Five Wells in Northamptonshire. They also admitted to conveying cannabis and two mobile phones into the prison and unauthorized electronic transmissions.
