Leicester City Supports Hospital Charity with Unique Shirt Sponsorship
Leicester City Football Club is making a heartwarming gesture this weekend, replacing their usual shirt sponsor with Leicester Hospitals Charity. The mens and womens teams will display the charitys name on their jerseys to raise awareness for a crucial project: creating a dedicated parent lounge for the Childrens Intensive Care Unit at Leicester Royal Infirmary. The charity aims to collect £32,500 to build a 24-hour lounge with a kitchen, addressing the lack of private spaces for parents of critically ill children. Leicester City will also auction off unique, match-worn shirts, with all proceeds benefiting the charity. DNN | The Daily News Now! The world’s first global local news network. Every city.
