Alpaca Farm's Future at Risk in Industrial Hub Dispute

White Hill Farm Alpaca Sanctuary in Markfield, England, faces an uncertain future due to plans for a large industrial hub next door. The sanctuary, which uses alpacas to help children with special needs, fears the constant noise and light will harm the animals and disrupt its therapeutic work. The proposed development includes six warehouses, one just meters from the farm, and would bring economic benefits but also significant traffic and disruption to the rural community. The farms future and the well-being of the children it supports now hang in the balance as local authorities consider the impact of this large-scale project. DNN | The Daily News Now!
