LFCM (Leadership Formation for Christian Men) equips Christian men to grow in faith, character, purpose, and influence. Through biblical discipleship, leadership development, accountability, spiritual formation, and personal growth, LFCM helps men become stronger leaders at home, in the workplace, in the church, and in their communities. Our focus is on authentic masculinity, Christ-centered leadership, biblical manhood, spiritual maturity, family leadership, integrity, discipleship, and kingdom impact. We develop men of faith, character, courage, truth, and influence who are committed to following Jesus and leading others well.
