Esteban Ocon OFFICIALLY OUT of Haas (and F1?)

Esteban Ocon is leaving Haas F1...and Ferrari’s influence may have had something to do with it.

Brazil's Rafael Camara reportedly impressed Haas during private testing at Portimao, while Ferrari may also be offering favourable terms on the parts Haas relies upon.

And one more thing. With Haas being the smallest team and unable to reach the cost cap, could Ocon's own salary have acted against him? It might have, since the team still rate his experience and feedback. Could Toyota make use of that ELSEWHERE?
