A few weeks back on my daily trawl of linked in I came across the following post by Ruth. I had to get in touch to dig a little deeper. This is the best research I’ve yet come across with regard to cannabis patents. New blog: Cannabis Patents I did a very simple keyword search of the US patent database, so the hits surely under-represent all the patents out there. I downloaded over 10,000 patents, then eliminated those that weren’t relevant and many of those that were either abandoned or had expired. I was left with over 8,700 patents.
