She decided to make a career change 13 years ago and became a Realtor. From Realtor, she became a Broker and opened her own Independent Real Estate Brokerage with 2 offices, north of Toronto. Katharine made the move to eXp Realty in 2021 and has never looked back. In her own real estate career, she has been a Top 1% High-producing Solo agent and #1 Agent in a Real Estate office for consecutive years, she became the Local Community expert in real estate using Video & Social Media Marketing and widening her community presence. And, as a Broker/Owner/Founder of a Real Estate Brokerage, she won Best Brokerage every year she was in business.
