滋賀銀・池田泉州ＨＤが統合合意 ２８年４月、関西最大地銀グループに

経営統合について記者会見する滋賀銀行の久保田真也頭取と池田泉州ホールディングスの阪口広一社長、29日午後、大阪市北区滋賀銀行と、池田泉州銀行を傘下に持つ池田泉州ホールディングスは２９日、２０２８年４月の経営統合に向けて協議することで基本合意したと発表した。 Shiga Bank and Senshu Ikeda Holdings Inc. announced Thursday a basic agreement to launch talks on integrating their operations in April 2028 to create the largest local banking group in the Kansai region of western Japan in terms of consolidated gross assets.
