両陛下、国民文化祭開会式に 高知

高知市で開かれた第４１回国民文化祭などの開会式であいさつされる天皇陛下と皇后さま、２５日午後、同市天皇、皇后両陛下は２５日、羽田空港発の特別機で高知県入りし、高知市の県立春野総合運動公園体育館で行われた第４１回国民文化祭と第２６回全国障害者芸術・文化祭の開会式に出席された。 Japanese Emperor Naruhito and Empress Masako attended the opening ceremony of the 41st National Cultural Festival and the 26th National Arts and Culture Festival for Persons with Disabilities in Kochi Prefecture on Sunday.
