邦人記者面会「規定通り」 領事条約「４日以内」に触れず―ロシア

ロシアのザハロワ情報局長、６月３日、北西部サンクトペテルブルクロシア外務省のザハロワ情報局長は２８日の記者会見で、ロシア当局が「スパイ容疑」で拘束した北海道新聞記者の領事面会について、「規定通り」行われたと主張した。 Russia has claimed that a consular meeting for a Japanese journalist detained by Russian authorities was held appropriately, although it did not take place within four days of detention as sought under the two countries' consular convention.
