罰則付きのカスハラ条例成立 全国初、来年４月施行―三重県議会

三重県議会従業員らに対する顧客の迷惑行為「カスタマーハラスメント」の防止に向けた三重県の罰則付き条例が１６日、県議会本会議で可決、成立した。 The Mie prefectural assembly on Friday enacted an ordinance imposing penalties for customer harassment, or nuisance behavior by customers toward employees, in the central Japan prefecture.
