中堅航空２社を完全子会社化 国内線の収益改善へ―ＡＮＡＨＤ

ＡＮＡホールディングスのロゴマークＡＮＡホールディングスは２９日、中堅航空会社のＡＩＲＤＯとソラシドエアの持ち株会社リージョナルプラスウイングスを完全子会社化すると発表した。 Major Japanese airline group ANA Holdings Inc. said Thursday that it will acquire full ownership of RegionalPlus Wings Corp., the holding company of midsize airlines Airdo Co. and Solaseed Air Inc., through a stock swap in April.
