The top leadership and WHO they are being, and their INTEGRITY will dictate the success of the organization. .... C.S. Lewis said it best: "Integrity is doing the right thing, even when no one is watching." If the leaders lack integrity, the organization's ability to succeed is small to none. How's YOUR integrity?
