165: What to do when you're changing (& the people around you aren't)

I hear this all the time from you guys: “Rachel, I’m changing so much, but the people in my life aren’t. What do I do?” And trust me, I get it. It can feel lonely, confusing, and straight-up heartbreaking when the relationships you’ve always known start to shift.

It’s easy to get caught in the trap of wanting to “fix” or “save” the people around you, but that only leads to frustration and resistance. The real work is about learning to trust your own path, while allowing others to walk theirs.

In this episode, we’re talking about what it actually means to trust the timing of your life and let go of the need to control anyone else’s. We’re diving into the discomfort of this in-between space, why it happens, and how to move through it with more grace and less gripping. I’ll also share how to navigate the grief that comes with evolving, why your growth might be triggering to others, and how to find a community that truly supports the person you’re becoming.
