The latest from the Middle East includes a significant escalation as Yemen's Iran-backed Houthis launched deadly attacks on Saudi Arabia, killing three and wounding others. We also look at the international reaction to the Nobel Peace Prize awarded to Navi Pillay, who led a UN commission that accused Israel of genocide, drawing strong condemnation from Israel and the US. Hamas claims resilience in Gaza, preparing for future fighting, while domestically, Israelis face the psychological toll of the ongoing conflict three years after October 7th, even as elections approach. Plus, a deeply troubling statement emerges regarding antisemitism from Professor Norman Finkelstein, and a charity event supports northern Israeli residents.
