Israel Today: Ongoing War Report - September 29, 2026, 03 AM Eastern

Host Noa Levi reports on the targeted killing of Izz al-Din Bik, commander of Hamas’s Northern Gaza Brigade, by Israeli forces in Gaza City. We also cover the impending withdrawal of U.S. forces from Iraq by September 30, 2026, a move seen as a strategic win for Iran and its allies. On the ground, tensions rise in the West Bank as over 100 Israeli rioters clash with security forces near Kusra. Plus, California enacts a new law creating safe zones around houses of worship, and the Health Ministry orders a Tel Aviv hospital to cease operations due to critical safety concerns.
