Israel Today: Ongoing War Report - September 15, 2026, 05 AM Eastern

On Israel Today, we begin with the arrest of a 19-year-old Arab Israeli firefighter accused of planning a terror attack, with alleged ties to Hamas and Iranian intelligence. We also cover the escalating regional tensions as Houthi forces seize control of Yemen's Mocha port and strategic Bab el-Mandeb strait, prompting the UN Security Council to schedule a discussion on the Red Sea. Plus, a significant $205 million acquisition in Israel's defense tech sector and a documentary critical of Prime Minister Netanyahu set to screen at the European Parliament.
