Israel Today: Ongoing War Report - September 12, 2026, 07 PM Eastern

Leading this report: France and eleven other nations have declared plans to restrict trade with Israeli settlements, a move criticized as political theater lacking legal force. We also look at backlash against an Israeli artist at the Venice Biennale, linked to post-October 7 politics. Plus, Arab political factions Hadash-Ta’al and Ra’am have formed an election pact ahead of Israel's 26th Knesset race, aiming to boost voter influence and counter the current government. Applications also open for President Herzog's global Jewish leadership program.
