Germany Summons Iran Ambassador Over Assassination Plots

Germany has summoned Iran's ambassador following alleged assassination plots against Jewish leaders Josef Schuster and Volker Beck, signaling international diplomatic pressure on Tehran. Domestically, the IDF is on high alert and increasing military readiness ahead of the upcoming Israeli elections, with leaders warning of potential threats. In the West Bank, rising settler violence is drawing warnings from legal experts about its impact on Israel's rule of law and international standing, while the IDF revealed Hamas plans to exploit Gaza civilians. Further reports cover British warnings on West Bank settlements, ongoing disputes over journalist access to Gaza, and a US-Israeli business initiative. The episode also touches on rhetoric concerning antisemitism and an uplifting commemoration of fallen soldiers in Gedera.
