It's a reminder that actions have consequences. Criminal charges have been lodged against those daycare workers who terrified young children by confronting them wearing a Scream mask. Mostly the trick part, as there's been a rash of thefts of Halloween decorations. One brazen thief tried to snatch a much sought after 12 foot skeleton - but will it fit in the getaway car? Plus, Meghan Markle's comments about being made to feel like a bimbo on Deal or No Deal are getting a mixed reaction today. One of her fellow briefcase models has now come forward to say she was treated just fine. And “They should not be here right now.” That's the word from one of the first responders who helped rescue more than two dozen people…including a group of Boy Scouts trapped by suddenly rising water while camping.
