Stephanie Elam Named Colts Coach of the Week | Indianapolis Colts News

Stephanie Elam, flag football coach at Elkhart High School, just earned Colts Coach of the Week after leading her Lions to a stunning four-game winning streak following an early loss — beating powerhouse teams like South Bend Adams and Riley. Nominated by fellow coaches and athletic directors, this weekly NFL Foundation honor celebrates her impact on players, school, and community — and each winner gets $1,000 plus a plaque. It’s more than recognition — it’s fuel for girls’ flag football’s rising momentum across Indiana.
