Steichen’s Seat is Hotter Than Ever | Indianapolis Colts News

The Indianapolis Colts are in crisis after a brutal Week 1 loss to the Ravens, dropping to 0-1 and putting head coach Shane Steichen squarely on the hot seat. With a dismal 25-27 record in his first 52 games and never reaching the playoffs, Steichen’s job is hanging by a thread — especially now that ownership has shifted to Jim Irsay’s daughters. The pressure mounts with a massive Sunday Night Football showdown against the Chiefs looming; if the Colts can’t turn things around fast, Steichen’s future may be over before it even begins.
