Pierce’s Health Pivots Colts’ Season | Indianapolis Colts News

Alec Pierce, Indianapolis Colts’ explosive wide receiver and newly minted 114M contract star, is set to make his Ravens opener debut — but with a twist: he might not play every snap. Healthy or not, Pierce’s big-play ability is the Colts’ lifeline at receiver, especially with Josh Downs and Keenan Allen as their only other reliable options. Coming off a 1K-yard, 6-touchdown season and two straight league-leading yards-per-catch years, Pierce’s impact could be game-changing — even if he’s eased into action. His contract has already shaken up the NFL’s receiver market, and the Colts are counting on him to deliver again, starting tonight.
