Henry vs Anarumo: Chess Match on the Gridiron | Indianapolis Colts News

Colts’ defense, led by Gus Anarumo, boasts elite run-stopping stats but loses key tackler Zaire Franklin—just as Derrick Henry, the Ravens’ bruising back, steps into the spotlight. With Indianapolis running a four-three scheme and Henry facing a revamped offensive line without Patrick Ricard, coordinator DeClan Doyle must get creative with outside runs and misdirection. Anarumo counters with aggressive stunts and twists, aiming to force protection slides and disrupt Henry’s lanes. But Henry’s raw talent and last year’s second-place rushing total could still dominate—even against a disciplined, talented Colts front seven. It’s a chess match of schemes, execution, and sheer power.
