Haliburton Returns to Lead Pacers and Colts | Indianapolis Colts News

Tyrese Haliburton’s return to basketball is electrifying the NBA, and his NFL debut for the Colts is already generating buzz. After missing the entire 2025-26 season recovering from a torn Achilles suffered in the NBA Finals, Haliburton’s comeback is poised to reignite the Pacers’ playoff hopes. With elite passing, clutch performances, and a revamped roster featuring Kelly Oubre and Ivica Zubac, Indiana is primed to challenge the stacked Eastern Conference. Meanwhile, Haliburton’s surprise appearance at the Colts’ opener against the Ravens—where he once helped pull off an upset against the Chiefs—signals his dual legacy as a basketball legend and rising football phenom.
