Forty-Niners Face Rookie QB in Colts Showdown

The San Francisco Forty-Niners are set to face the Indianapolis Colts in Week Sixteen, with the Colts starting quarterback, Daniel Jones, out due to a season-ending Achilles tear. This leaves the Colts with a less experienced quarterback, potentially rookie Riley Leonard, who completed eighteen of twenty-nine passes in his first game. The Forty-Niners defense, led by Robert Saleh, has historically performed well against inexperienced quarterbacks, giving them an advantage in the NFC playoff race. DNN | The Daily News Now!
