Colts Trade for Sauce Gardner Boosts Defense

On November seventh, the Indianapolis Colts bolstered their defense with a blockbuster trade, acquiring superstar cornerback Sauce Gardner. This move, involving two first-round draft picks and wide receiver AD Mitchell, has significantly enhanced their pass rush, addressing a long-standing issue. Gardners elite coverage skills are expected to force quarterbacks to hold onto the ball longer, providing more opportunities for the pass rush to pressure them. This trade has sparked excitement within the Colts organization, with players and coaches believing it will elevate their defense and position them for a deep playoff run. DNN | The Daily News Now!
