Colts Showing Strong Interest in Saunders

The Indianapolis Colts are reportedly pursuing free agent defensive tackle Khalen Saunders, who was recently released by the Jacksonville Jaguars. Saunders, a third-round draft pick by the Kansas City Chiefs in 2019, has experience in seventy career games, including two Super Bowl wins. Hes primarily a run defender, with career stats of seven tackles for loss, seventeen quarterback hits, and six and a half sacks. The Colts are seeking Saunders due to the absence of key defensive tackle DeForest Buckner, who is on injured reserve with a neck injury. Saunders is expected to sign with a team soon, potentially providing valuable depth and experience to the Colts defensive line. DNN | The Daily News Now! The world’s first global local news network.
