Colts Players Pack Meals for Food Insecure Families
Indianapolis Colts players Tyler Warren and Josh Downs joined forces with Feeding America and FedEx to pack meals at Gleaners Food Bank of Indiana, helping to serve over 5,700 meals to families facing food insecurity. This initiative is crucial as nearly 100,000 children in their service areas experience food insecurity. The Colts commitment to community outreach, led by Carlie Irsay-Gordon and Kalen Jackson, is evident in their players efforts to give back. FedEx also contributes by donating $2,000 each week to local food banks in the hometowns of NFL award program winners, with three winners receiving an additional $20,000 for their chosen charities.
