Colts' Offense: Why Josh Downs' Targets Dropped

Josh Downs, the Indianapolis Colts fan-favorite wide receiver, has seen a decrease in targets and receiving yards this season. This shift in personnel means fewer opportunities for Downs, but his reliability on crucial downs ensures hell still be a vital part of the teams strategy. DNN | The Daily News Now!
