Colts Legends in Hall of Fame Race
Three Indianapolis Colts legends - Reggie Wayne, Adam Vinatieri, and Robert Mathis - have been named semifinalists for the Pro Football Hall of Fames class of 2026. Wayne, a six-time Pro Bowler, amassed over 14,000 receiving yards and 82 touchdowns. Vinatieri, who spent 14 seasons with the Colts, made over 85% of his field goal attempts and earned three Pro Bowl selections. Mathis, a five-time Pro Bowler, racked up 123 sacks, 54 forced fumbles, and 108 tackles for loss. Quarterback Philip Rivers, who led the Colts to an 11-5 record in 2020, is also on the list. The next step is for the selection committee to narrow down the twenty-six semifinalists to fifteen finalists, with a player needing at least 80% of the positive votes to be enshrined.
