Colts Give Green Dot to Davis-Gaither | Indianapolis Colts News

The Indianapolis Colts are making a bold defensive call: Akeem Davis-Gaither now holds the green dot, becoming the on-field voice of the defense after initially giving it to safety Camryn Bynum. With Davis-Gaither playing nearly every snap, this move boosts communication, minimizes mental errors, and sharpens execution — a critical upgrade as the team seeks to tighten things up after their opener. Head coach Shane Steichen confirmed the change, signaling a major shift in how the defense operates this season.
