Colts Face Six Out for Season Opener | Indianapolis Colts News

Colts face a major roster shakeup for their season opener against the Ravens, missing six key players including linebacker Austin Ajiake (hamstring), cornerback Jonathan Edwards, running back DJ Giddens, defensive end George Gumbs Jr., emergency QB Riley Leonard, and guard Dalton Tucker. Meanwhile, wide receiver Alec Pierce is cleared to play after recovering from ankle and heel issues. The team also promoted cornerback Kenneth Harris from the practice squad to bolster depth. With a tough Ravens matchup looming, the Colts’ ability to adapt without this core group could be crucial as they kick off their 2026 campaign.
