Charvarius Ward Returns, Boosting Colts' Defense

Charvarius Wards Return Boosts Colts Defense: The Indianapolis Colts are thrilled to welcome back star cornerback Charvarius Ward from injury, activating him from injured reserve ahead of their Week twelve matchup against the Kansas City Chiefs. Wards return, alongside new acquisition Sauce Gardner, aims to strengthen the teams struggling pass defense, which has allowed the highest completion rate in the league. Despite limited action this season, Ward has shown elite skills, allowing an impressive seventy-one point six passer rating when covering receivers. His presence is expected to significantly impact the teams defensive performance, particularly against a formidable passing offense led by Patrick Mahomes. DNN | The Daily News Now!
