The best way should be traveling to the country that I want to know more about and certainly spending some time there. This can be a reliable way to study foreign culture in general. As it is known to all, the local language and habits can be the most important part of different culture. For one thing, those people who want to have a in-depth insight into a culture should speak fluent second language. This is really important, then lots of things can be worked out eventually. For another, the living habits including food, custom and place where people live is also necessary if you want to settle down.

For my part, I strongly recommend that if you are planning to do well in studying foreign culture, living there for a couple of months, that would be the best way to learn foreign culture.
