了解精听的目的 a. 解决瞬时记忆力问题=漏听=审题跟不上（有一部分审题技巧内容）b. 熟悉讲话方式 英音English 比如提问方式 比如讲话节奏 顿挫等 听写的方法=精听+泛听=区别和细节 周期和坚持 每天2hr以上+坚持3周以上=效果get 不符合这个条件 效果不明显
