Turkey Bites, SNL Outrage & Candy Confessions

Are you bracing yourself for mini chocolate bar season and the oncoming sugary snack avalanche? Can Halloween candy really be considered a "gateway drug" to full-on treat chaos? Is it possible to survive the next three months without falling headfirst into a tray of Nanaimo bars or eating your weight in pumpkin pie? Is it possible you’ve invented the “turkey bit bite,” or have you simply deconstructed the sandwich down to its core? A bit of turkey, a bit of stuffing and a topper of cranberry..yum!  Is it time to criticise SNL for their choice of hosts and badly written misogynistic jokes. Should we just laugh it off or fight back? Why does “easy open” packaging feel like a myth created just to try your soul looking at you, fruit cup, ketchup packet, and that impossible Gatorade lid? Should you really be able to microwave a grilled cheese Lunchable, or is that an unspeakable crime against sandwiches? Why does every new “convenience” turn out to be just another job you never wanted, from pumping your own gas to assembling DIY furniture? Does every generation have its own style rules, and are Gen Xers clinging to business casual while millennials embrace yoga pants as professional attire? Are weighted blankets comforting or just adult-sized swaddling nightmares? If pondering life’s most relatable predicaments, generational quirks, and the perils of everyday chores makes you shake your head and laugh out loud, this is the podcast for you!
