In this episode Nikki and Nadine share an exciting new series that they are working on for the podcast and ask for your help! The series is called “The Equestrian Image” and will be broken into three episodes:

1. First episode is discussing Body Image in the Equestrian world, the judgements, negative impacts, sigmas and experiences.
2. The 2nd episode is all about Equestrian Fashion! What English and Western attire do riders of ALL body types ride in and find suits their style and needs the most?
3. The 3rd and final episode of the series is on Equestrian Nutrition & Fitness where we talk about how to work toward optimal health & mobility as an equestrian versus an optimal weight! Different methods of body work
