Follow Your Soul w/ Sam Lister

Nelson sits down with entrepreneur Sam Lister, originally from Wisconsin and the recent seller of his successful company, Blank Slate. Now residing in Colorado with his girlfriend, Sam is on a mission to embrace new challenges and redefine himself. The episode delves into the concept of pursuing fresh goals and dreams after achieving significant success. One of Sam's latest ventures is a snowboard wax company named Honey Wax, which he co-founded with his younger brother. He's actively working on growing the brand while taking on new challenges. A highlight of the episode is Sam's commitment to a 100-day challenge, which involves waking up at 5:55 AM, taking a cold plunge, warming up in a hot tub, using a sauna, lifting 10,000 pounds, and learning something new every day. Even though this conversation occurs just one-third of the way into the challenge, Sam's remarkable progress is already evident. The conversation also delves into the role of artificial intelligence (AI) in our lives. Sam and Nelson explore how AI can eliminate mundane tasks, allowing individuals to focus on creative endeavors and activities that truly matter to them. A central theme of the episode is the importance of taking risks in life. Sam passionately expresses that life itself is one big risk, and if you're not taking risks, you're not truly living. This insightful and inspiring conversation provides listeners with valuable perspectives on personal growth, entrepreneurial journeys, and embracing new challenges.Sam Lister on Instagram https://www.instagram.com/samlister222/Nelson's Social Media on LinkMehttps://link.me/montanamethodmindset Learn more about your ad choices.
