Bryan Kohberger and Sandra Birchmore: The Evidence vs. the Defense
Bryan Kohberger said he was guilty. Now he wants it back. His judge wiped the hearing calendar. The prosecution wants the petition dismissed on paper. His alibi is driving alone looking at the moon, and his DNA is on the knife sheath left next to one of his victims. He accused his own attorney of lying — and that opened every conversation they had for three years. Sandra Birchmore told eighty people about her baby, paid for nursing school, and sent six hundred texts that day. Matthew Farwell's DNA is on the strap that killed her. He walked in wearing a mask, left twenty-nine minutes later, and deleted every message. Eric Faddis, defense attorney and former prosecutor, covers Kohberger's vanishing court dates, the alibi that has no witness, what Anne Taylor brings to the stand, and whether the Farwell evidence is enough.
