JP Miller and D4vd: What a Former FBI Agent Found in Both Cases

JP Miller and D4vd — two names from different worlds carrying the same alleged weight. A former Myrtle Beach pastor facing federal trial for cyberstalking. A musician whose inner circle just got named in a wrongful death lawsuit.

Prosecutors allege Miller conducted a campaign against Mica Miller between November 2022 and her death on April 27, 2024 — surveillance, a tire deflation device, over fifty calls in a day, and an intimate image posted without consent. JP was Mica's youth worship leader, officiant, and employer before becoming her husband.

Celeste Rivas Hernandez was fourteen. Her parents filed a wrongful death lawsuit on September 8, 2026, naming David Anthony Burke alongside his mother, manager, security guard, and business entities.

Former FBI Special Agent Jennifer Coffindaffer analyzes the thread through both cases.
