Farwell's DNA Sat in Evidence for Years Because Investigators Did THIS

Matthew Farwell's DNA was on evidence collected from Sandra Birchmore's apartment. Prosecutors in his federal trial say it sat there untested while his case was closed as a self-inflicted death. Sandra's family hired their own pathologist after being told she took her own life, and that pathologist found a fractured hyoid bone. Tony and Bob Motta go through every failure in the original investigation and what a defense attorney sees when the chain breaks that badly.
